Florea Fagarasanu, presently Archbishop of Tomis and Very Rev. Fr. Constantin
Alecse of Los Angeles, California, during the ROEA delegation visit of May
10th 1994, at the Archbishop's residence in Constantza. Archbishop Lucian is
the Hierarch who has ordained Fr. Constantin in London, as a deacon on
November 29, 1976 and priest on Christmas Day, 25 December 1976.
